grit rash is essentially friction burns and tiny cuts where the gritstone (which is the type of rock I've been climbing) cuts you, gritstone is essentially sandpaper

I am good. I was helping my mum at a craft fair, but I left early cause of being wet and cold. I am now comfy (still cold) and pajama-fied. It's not even 4 yet. hahah
