Speaking of which, I have a great recipe for hummus if anyone wants it:
1 tin chickpeas, drained
1 tbsp. tahini
1 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
2 tbsp. lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
And the secret ingredient: 1/4 cup (or slightly less) light chicken stock.
Blitz in food processor or blender. Om nom nom.

That's pretty much what I use, but without the stock.
Try frying some onions and chucking them in, too. Get them nice and brown.
