but if you do a file - save as you can select jpg, then you can tweak the compression in the window that pops up. play around with the setting s to get the file as small as possible without the compression artifacts making you want to cry :)

# saving as a jpg with a bit of compression will do the trick
here's a 40kb version (I'll delete it shortly so grab it if you want to use it!)... it's not quite as sharp as a png but not bad given the size reduction.
