
no nothing, just a pointless NVQ, some A levels and a lot of experience (although am still quite a rarity in our firm, management do tend to be quite a bit older than myself and two other girls on my team).
You're right though, give him a few years and he'll be on four times the salary I am.

im studying engineering to get a better paid job...untill i found out that i need to earn a fucking Masters Degree to qualify as a European certified engineer...
