# I forgot about the Doctor!!!
*downloads like the filthy who-er that I am*

# I thought it was a good episode
nice to see them back as well, been getting a bit bored of the Daleks

# I know what you mean
"We've killed the last Dalek ever!"

Every bloody series! I am surprised they haven't somehow turned up in Torchwood yet though.

# erm
I thought they did - Canary Wharf episode...

Think that's right.

# You missed an episode in New York
'where the last Dalek' escapes yet again

I would quite like to see a dark episode where they more or less defeat the Doctor in some way after all these years

# OOh!
I like the way you think there! Someone kidnap Russell and lets get that one written for his next regeneration!

# We will have to draw straws
to see who tortures his kitten with a bunsen burner in his captive presence

# I was thinking more that he should encounter a kind of amoral anti-hero.
Possibly a philosopher who completely destroys his cheery moral highground too, the big condescending bastard.

# That would be a story board for many an episode
Perhaps glimpsed at with the Pompey episode the other week

# Really? I haven't watched this series because I can stand the terrible writing and still like it.
But Catherine Tate is beyond my tolerance.

If I were to write them though, the anti-hero wouldn't just be a shit two dimensional plot device and would actually challenge the Doctor rather than just being story filler between him defeating and then putting another incident behind him.

# She has glowed to be quite frank as an actress
the sad memory of her many 'comedy' characters is swiftly fading with respect to a woman who is a genuinely talented actress
(, Sat 26 Apr 2008, 22:09, archived)
# I just saw her saying "He's an Odd? An Ood? An Ood?" for what seemed like hours.
That was enough to make me not watch anymore. Whether that's her or the character is beyond me.

# POMPEII
You had me struggling to recall which recent episode was set in Portsmouth.

# I think there needs to be a running villain/mission thing
not just jumping from random event to random event. Like the Badwolf stuff in the first new series. Maybe chasing someone across time, where they're the ones influencing stuff and the doctor has to put it right.
(, Sat 26 Apr 2008, 21:48, archived)
# But then you end up with shit like Farscape
where if you miss a single episode, you're screwed for the rest of the series.
