# Best thing for dieting
is soup. One organic veggie stock cube, a pint of water and whatever veggies, chicken, prawns, whatever you want to add. Pretty much fat free, surprisingly tasty and filling.

Edit: you should trust me, I've lost a hell of a lot of weight in the past two years.

# SUSHI!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
tastes great - is easy to make - is cheap - is good for you - makes you live longer - makes you look cool.

What more do you want from your food?

# it to not involve fish in anyway?

# Sushi doesn't have to involve fish.
Although the best bits do.

# it doesn't have to
how to make sushi:

1 cook rice

1.5 add rice wine vinegar and other stuff (sushi mix)

2 wrap rice around something delicious

2.5 Remember, you might want to make sure that your rolls include delicious nori sheets. Mmmmm - that's good dried seaweed

3 eat it

# You make it sound so easy.
I normally devote a good couple of hours to making it.

# hot tip:
use smooshed avacado in every bit of sushi you make - you will not be sorry!

# Where do you put it?
I've make avocado maki before, that was pretty tasty.

# fucking everywhere!!!!
your Maki experience sounds about right - but try mixing it with other ingredients like Tuna.

# I'll give it a shot.
I'm still pretty much a sushi beginner, once I've got more time I'll get back into it.
