# I did some stuff in GarageBand to test my mac the other day.
What type of guitar is it? I used an electro-acoustic and just ran it straight through a desk (though any amplifier should be okay) and out through a mini jack into the computer's mic socket. I was surprised at how decent it actually sounded, compared to some of my old attempts into my PC.
