# To me, it looks like you've made her a lot chubbier.
Yes, the wrinkles have gone nicely but I think you need to add some new shadows, especially around the neck and chin.
I'd try having a play with the burn tool. Oh and have a woo, especially for putting up with her face for so long.

Like I said, just a bit of experimentation with burn until it looks right should help.
