Well, on the off chance...I want to know if it is possible to do a transformation on a layer (eg. rotate it) and only have it apply to the layer in one frame. At the moment I am doing stuff like this with lots of layers, with the same thing rotated a bit in each, which seems a bit daft.

all you can do with imageready is move layers, and turn them on/off
if you want to do anything fancier, export each layer on its own as a png then load them into flash and animate. (you can save as animated gifs with flash)

The answer to thatI really could've done with this arter when I was spinning connie-bitch's head. I transformed each layer individually......I think I'll have to follow yers into flash....
