I'm still to find the exact ruling they are pushing for here. But seeing as various established artists have been speaking out about it and asking if it means portraits from the national gallery have to be removed I think it's probably a little too open ended a law.

But people could easily lie about their motive, so they're better off leaving it as it is.
At least it's not actually hurting any real children, if it's a drawing of a person and is completely fictional, I suppose.
But they can piss a lot of people off going about it this way D:
