I love freecycle, full of the pikiest bastards ever - but no-one seems to realise that NOBODY has a spare PS3/50" HDTV/Ferrari to give away, and conversely NOBODY wants reuseable nappies/3 coathangers/dung

also, it amazes me that the pikey wants always say "Wanted PS3 - can pick up" - as if that's some sort of bonus

"Oh, I wasn't going to give away my new PS3, but now this chav chancer says he can pick it up, I think I'll give it away"

umm...I've gone on too long, haven't I?

That said, we've got some greeat stuff from freecycle - my missus asked for a microscope for her teaching class. She got a huge great dental microscope - you know the ones with the 2 eye pieces - probably worth a few grand!

We also used it to clear most the big junk from a house - people always seem to want furniture. Saved us several goes to the tip!
