I sent a link to the company. A nice lady from the firm replied saying 'Did you devise this image for yourself and can I ask what it was used for ?'

I replied 'Yes, it was designed by me, the photo is licensed stock image and the 'joke' was just shown to like minded friends, I hope you didn't take offence.'

I have an impending feeling of copyright doom..hahahaha
