
Buy some taters (what's taters?), some cheese, some mustard, some french loaf, flour, eggies.
parboil the taters, mash them, but not too much, grate loads of cheese into the taters, crack an egg in there too. Plop a big dob of mustard in. Mix it all up.
Now the fun bit - put some flour on your hands and then take clumps of your mixture and form it into patties. Take your french loaf and blitz it in a blender. Dip the patties in some raw egg then breadcrumbs. Put 'em on a plate in the fridge till you're ready to eat.
Take em out the fridge and put them in an oven on Gas 5 for 20 minutes. LOVELY! :)
