raccoons, eh?bit more of a problem than a beetle, and a bit trickier to squash i warrant, although they are cute and make fine hats i'm told.

cute as hell, true.i'm not a squasher of anything, so i let them be. the thistles i planted to deter them some (and they seem to be working), and the hot pepper plants annoy them too.
