I own a ghost and this article has helped me out greatly. I find each point to be helpful, though my ghost is particularly docile therefore I can generally refer to it as a female. She's become comfortable as a ghost and will not rampage.

Since taking the steps outlined in this article I have found myself much less often coming downstairs of a morning to find the dining room chairs impossibly stacked at jaunty angles on top of the table and only once had to dig my kitchen knives out of the wall again.
