I liked him so much I saved him. I'm going to use him to frighten me.
Lavaman was spawned from Paint too.

Second smallest brush, zoom to the second biggest zoom, draw, colour, printscreen, open in PSP, delete background > save.

do you have magical super-paint?
Mine is on a work computer (shhh) and seems to only have 2 zooms - some and none, and also doesn't seem to have an orange (weirdly).

2 zoomz? This has the same amount as XP Paint, but the Vista Paint can zoom out aswell.
I thought there was x2, x4, x8 and possibly x16 usually?

Here's a tip that is dead handy:
On the eraser brush, the first colour is the colour you're changing, the second is what you change it to. Want to add some shadow to something? Simple replace the colour with a darker one using the eraser brush! TOP TIP!

this tip I did know,
and have noticed a similar technique can be used with the marquee tool to select non-rectangular areas for paintmashing sometimes. If anyone can tell me how to do transparent in paint I'll love them with my love canon.

semi transparent? not possible.
but you could try pasting over a checkergrid pattern of a colour, then set that colour to the second colour and copy it.

I mean really transparent
so I can make stuff for the board without rectangle of white behind it.

Holy shit
I've never seen that. I exclusively use Flash - it's not the best programme when working with photos, but it's amazing what a few masks will do.
