I was saying 'well done if you read the faq, this picture is within the guidelines it puts forward' in so many words.
Meaning the niceness was still there, regardless of how you interpreted it (and bearing in mind I wasn't aiming it at you anyway, why do you care?)

I think that the problem has arisen from the fact that you brought up the FAQ when absolutely nothing had been done wrong. I am not getting involved in who is right and who is wrong, but bringing up the faq for no reason can easily be interpreted as dickishness.

And please note, I have said "could be interpreted", and not necessarily is.
