
the b3tan is almost always in breach of copyright anyway cos of the source images used.
Even if you did use entirely your own work, you'd have to fight pretty hard legally and spend lots of money.
Easier to shrug it off and calm yourself down with a nice cup of tea.

and use the creative commons copyright thing..
non profit just need a credit.. profit they owe you money.. but again I doubt this would work if you've doctored a copywrited image.. btu then the copywrite is on the image as it was not as it is now.. although if you make money out of it i think it's only fair the original image owner gets some to.. unless they're a cunt like.
but if original image copywrite was an issue.. nuts or zoo couldn't print them in the first place...
