but I used a mosaic generator rather than stitching hundreds of porn images together in photoshop.

seeing as you didn't make it - the pixels did. Don't be a fucking moron. It's about having an idea and getting it done so that others can see it. So I used a computer programme to make an image...welcome to b3ta.

I guess I'll post a motivational image then. I mean your argument holds solid for them too.

Motivational images can be funny. It depends on the joke.
I'm not saying that it involved a large amount of skill, I'm simply dissagreeing with you when you say that I didn't make it. My point is that we all use tools for creating a finished product. Does a painter hand over the authorship of a painting to a brush? Sure he controls the brush, but he doesn't control the actual mavements of the hairs, only the generalised sweep. Did gravity make Jackson Pollock's paintings rather than him? No.
I'm not for a minute putting myself next to these people (I'm not a complete twat) - but the principle is the same. Yves Klein was an artist for a reason.
My point is - I had the idea to create the image a Jesus made out of porn. I used the mosaic generator. The image I wanted was made. Just because I didn't go through and arrange every picture myself does not mean that the intention and authorship become void.

The more diverse the base set of images fed to the mosaic generator, the smoother the output.
It seems to use mostly the background of the porn, I guess because the women are all flesh coloured..
It might be more interesting with just parts of bodies? Just a suggestion...
