In My Humble OpinionHe hgained advantage by cutting the chicane, he was 6 kmh slower (haug said), but he was about 5m behind raikkonen before the bend, then he was too damn close after the cut.
So: by considering ham not guilty, you should consider any chicane cutting legitimate.

He gave the place back to Raikkonenthen legitimately took it back (numerous times) later in the race. And, he kept it on the road all the way to the end. The only whining is by Ferrari for lodging the complaint.

If McLaren had lodged exactly the same complaint,they would have been shot down straight away. The fact of the matter is that they are still being shafted for last year!
I would not be at all surprised if Raikonnen spun out deliberately, just so Massa would get a couple more points and be closer to Hamilton at least, knowing full well that the team would launch a complaint with the stewards.
