There's a thing called css stylesheets thingymabobs and they split the page up into diferent parts that you can set to be certaincolours, fonts etc.
If you click view source you can see that i've embedded a flash movie and some sound in the background too)
Try and save the source and experiment a bit with changing some of the hexadecimal colour values and putting in your own choice of sound etc.

The flash part was very tricky to get right, took lots of playing around with the code.
