If it was a brand spanking new building, you'd still get a reasonably dirt vent. system.The vent system will of course be installed before the building is signed off and cleaned up ready for use. You'll get building dust etc in the air, and transferred when the system is tested.

keep plugging away.Yes, in that case, it would be spanking new and clean - but you mentioned an entire new building. once installed however, a system does not remain as shiny as Hollywood would have us believe.
