They seem to put a frightening amount of sugar in everything.When I went to the US for a week I did ONE POO all the time I was there because I didn't get to eat enough fruit and veg.

Starting in the UK?Barring fish and chips, our food has been lousy since the 1950s, meat flavoured lard with salt on it.

They're not really foreign any more -we've incorporated the cuisine into our own culture and made it our own. The Indian and Chinese food we eat here isn't the same as the food eaten by real Indian people living in India and real Chinese people living in China.

People don't cook for themselves often enough, or with sufficient care.I think it's really that simple, and I think it's a terrible shame and a loss. I don't want to be a bore about this so I'll shut up now, but this is a subject I'm very passionate about.
