and even though I could see the words I still thought you meant Jack Hargreaves even though I know he's been dead for yonks. I loved Jack Hargreaves. He was like a friendly old Grandpa on the telly.

Who is Jack Douglas? Was he the one on Carry on who's sole job was to act as if he was having a fit?
