# How would you define 'no temperature'?
Outside of radiation from stars, space has a base temperature of ~3º above Absolute Zero (-273ºC) from the Cosmic Microwave Background. Stick a finger out in that, it's a bit cold.

Might not frost up your windows, there being no moisture, but still.
