There is no irony here.You can't load photoshop so you assume then that you must submit this? You should not have bothered.
I can only assume that you would have used photoshop to deliver a photograph of this image of war. Did you read the compo? Do you understand what b3ta image challenges are meant to be?
Having been to war I doubt I'll see anything funny in this challenge but your image certainly is not it.
