this by no means meant as a criticism as you're within the size limit , but you could save a good 70k off the file size of this by merging your first 4 frames, where there is no change in the action, into one, adjust the timings accordingly.

but i have very simple software (paintnet/unfreez) that doesnt allow me to do that

to be honest i'm really new to this...only learned graphiccy things about 2 months ago, so whereas i'm glad of all the tips, i am merrily exploring what paintnet can do before moving on up

i found it a bit tricky to get my head round, but i'd definitely give that free ulead2 gif animator link i sent you yesterday a go, even though it's very limited it's far more flexible than unfreez.
