Spanish style (fresh fried along side) is not too bad, yes.Although I'm not fond of the combo myself.

i got some great paprika a while ago.for a week straight my dinner was either an omelette or scrambled eggs with paprika and rice, in a tortilla. it was so good i had to stop eating it for fear i'd make myself tired of the dish.
