I get annoyed when
staff ask if they can help, when they clearly can't.
Like in Dixons/Currys/whatever it's called this week.
'Do you sell multiregion DVD recorders?'
Assistant proceeds to scan the cards on the shelf.
I slap my forehead and leave

Urgh, this
Why would I need you to help me with something I'm just as capable of doing, and will have done before you came over, probably much more carefully than you are.
But then, I have a real thing about being harrassed in shops, if I want help I'll come to you. I can deal with quick 'need any help?' or 'you okay there?' if it's someone who CAN help, that's just polite/professional, but don't follow me around or keep talking if I clearly tell you I'm fine!
