To my memory those things aren't called camel spiders at all.
They were something completely unrelated which isn't even a spider.

I'll be honest, I doubt the veracity of those photos given they are on a website selling 'Anti venom healing balm'.
Even more so because the bloke's thumb seems to have a mouth in it.
