There are numerous settings under File/Save for web. Have a fiddle with these :)(I assume you're using tattyshop)

Flash for the animation, then export to gif.
It looks nice and clear when previewing in HTML or Flash, but went crap when I exported to gif.

I'm guessing there's quite a few frames there so you'd need to fiddle around with this bar. Normally top right.
