about my niece's first word being 'Yay' might also not be surprised that last night my brother managed to play the word GOURD in a game of Scrabble. He has never heard of B3ta either, so it was all just a coincidence.

However, it wasn't a coincidence that I managed to then extend it to be GOURDE, which is also a legal Scrabble word, by adding the REFUGE.
Cool, eh?
I thought so.

i watched a video at uni the other day about when coke introduced new coke and the out cry in america, there was footage of this woman saying it was a disgrace and her daughters first word was coke, the second was mommy then daddy, i'd be well ashamed of myself if my kids' first word was coke!

but it is still a cool Scrabble play. And yes, my brother did wonder why I took that photo. I told him it was because I was proud of playing three 7 or 8 letter words in the same game (CREATINS, IGNITED and MORALIzE).

so he is exactly my size.
Dictionary.com says:
"SUQ - A market, or part of a market, in an Arab city."
But it is in the offical scrabble words book so I had to let it pass.

for being so cocky. I would!
I hate it when people manage to use the Q or Z in a way that stops your from piggybacking off it!
