Clipper lighter are popular for joint rollers
as you have pull the strike out which comes out in a cylinder that you can use to pack the end of the joint in so you can fit the roach (that's if you don't intigrate the roach into the rolling which I know some pedant will mention iff I don't).

a rolled up piece of thin card, normally taken from the casing for cigarette papers, used as a filter for the joint.
