Mrs. Guizmeaux used to love red pesto stirred into her mash, with herby sausages. She'd say,

Yeah,
it's like when I wanted to clean my windows and my mum said vinegar on newspaper would be the best thing. I realised how middle class I was when I caught sight of myself cleaning my windows with balsamic vinegar on the media supplement of the Guardian.
