# i was just thinking of this oddly enough
is there a thing that will convert youtube/mp4 files easily to animated gifs? my imageready/CS2 combo just won't do it.

# If your combo can't handle the format
Convert it first. Use SUPER or something similar to convert it to MPEG-1 or something, then it should be importable.
