Two big bread rolls:
One with Emmental, Boursin, lettuce and lime pickle. The other with mature Cheddar, lettuce, Thai sweet chilli sauce and a bit of lime pickle.
And Fentiman's Victorian Lemonade to wash it down.

Aah then you need to try it with cheese :)
It's not the way-too-spicy kind of lime pickle. It's quite sweet.
