roast pork.I did nothing but complain about my mum's roast pork, so this morning when she told me we were having roast pork for dinner, I did my usual gripe. She said that if I could do better I should prove it.
So I did. (The only problem was the green beans were slightly cold because I was saving on washing up.)
But I'm feeling rather about it. The crackle was soooooooo much better than hers! MWHAHAHAHA SO MUCH JUSTICE! *victories*
