Optrex eye wash.Seriously. I've had years of itchy eyes and without Optrex I think I'd have pried them out by now ( which is stupid, because it's bacteria in the lashes that make them itch.
If you need stuff now make some slightly saline water and wash them out ( eggcup will works ) in that.
