What's really sickis putting them in a jar with some acetone in it. The vapour dissolves kerotin (what their body shell is made of). Their wings and bits falls off them they move them.

If you mix honey with beer and then smear it on a tree.....wasps and the like will eat it then fall on the floor, unable to fly!
