# this board IS mainly for pictures
you're not supposed to waste threads like this, becasue it puches someone elses work off the page. which brings up the point, you're suppost to post things you've made,
the board isn't only for pictures, its for all types of media, but media you, yourself, have made
so if you could, plese delete this thread with the little delete button, please? :) thank you

# sorry but
it is irrelevant who 'made' or 'found' interesting images or text on the web and feel that the cunts on here or elsewhere may appreciate it and thus people post it!
Correct me if Im wrong but I use the web for buss, info, fun and humour and it is the worlds greatest, cheapish and most valuble source of just about anything anybody could possibly want or need.
I am totally against charging for this but it is inevitable and the web needs to remain uncensored and ungoverned for as long as possible.
But what do I care coz I'm off for a pizza!

# There is a good reason why we prefer (I'm choosing my words carefully here)
it to be your own work. Put simply, if it was just a free-for-all, all sorts of shite would get posted on here. If I'd just spent a couple of hours knocking up what I considered to be my latest masterpiece, only to see it shoved off the board and into the archive (known colloquially around here as "the spazz"), I'd be pretty pissed off. You should be able to tell by the quality of the work on here that people spend a lot of time making it. If it didn't work like this, you wouldn't get this level of quality, because people wouldn't bother.

Also, there is the matter of bandwidth. In short, the more people look at your picture, the more your web space costs. If you nick one of someone's pictures and post it by remote linking it on a messageboard to their site, they won't thank you for it.
