HOW THE FUCK DO YOU USE IT?
I've spent half hour trying to make a shit picture. I can't do simple stuff like move text. WTF?!!

Use Paint.net if you want basic with a bit of extra, such as layers and shit.

But Paint.exe does the job fine :D
