# Ok, I don't know the software so I can only give you general tips.
Reducing the number of colours in the palette can help a lot.
There might also be a setting called 'lossy' which can help too (higher setting = smaller filesize). Both of these things can really mess up the picture quality so you need to juggle them a bit.
You can reduce the physical dimensions of the image.
If absolutely everything else fails you can try using 'scan lines'. If you're not sure how to do that there's lots of help on google, or you can just ask on here, plenty of people use them.
