I also pull focus when it's needed with the help of a knob next to the lens. It can be quite difficult because focus works logarithmically and you need the right feel for it without being able to see the subject in the view finder.
Sexually I don't have a specialty really but I now have a greater appreciation for slapping your balls against the clitoris. It seemed to achieve good results on this shoot.
