In the first film begins with him getting his powers. A prequel would just be three hours of a geeky kid sat at a desk. You clearly haven't thought this idea through.

It's the story of how Spiderman (Peter Parker) must travel back in time to save himself from being killed at school by an evil villain (Eric Bana) who has also travelled back in time so he has to disguise himself as a high school student and pretend to fit in like in that movie Never Been Kissed with Drew Barrymore and prevent the destruction of Vulcan while also protecting Sarah Connor from being killed to death by the Terminator which is really just Eric Bana in disguise who he tries to cause an earthquake but it's ok because Spiderman travels back in time a bit more and prevents Lois Lane from falling in a hole in her car and dying to death inside a rubble even though his dad told him he wasn't allowed and then he finds out that the bad guy who he thought killed his uncle in the first movie actually DID kill his uncle and it wasn't the Sandman at all and that was all just lies. Then he invents popcorn and becomes a millionaire.
