every few days (when it goes shit-shaped yet again) we phone them and shout at them, and a bit more gets chipped off the bill. we're going for the 'free' HD box next month :)

it happened to me as a kid, and what goes around, inevitably comes around. was much more fun when i was the driver, not the bus-stopper! :D
