Nothing against the food -
I like Hamburgers, sandwiches, fries and all that - probably would try anything they have except chicken strips.
just don't like overly cute menus, like Starbucks and their serving sizes.
Just gimme a burger, fries and a large drink!
(and I have eaten in French truck-stops that would get 5 stars in Merika.)

Except the sandwiches, for some reason.
Maybe the sandwiches are the only things on the menu which are genuine, and everything else is just some similar-tasting substitute, as is done with other food products such as I can't believe it's not butter, creme, and breme.

and the Mac & Cheese
Over the edge to call it Cheeze (or a rights conflict with Cheez-Whiz?)

I can't understand why they didn't call them ZandwicheZ
Maybe they didn't think of it.

Also:
"Imagine an entire menu right at your finger tips. There's no need to scream over the counter to get Mild Pepper Rings on your sub... Just press a button."
Finally, an end to tiresome human interaction.
Also: they do seem to be implying that menus are normally some kind of impossibly remote secret document that you're not allowed to touch.
