In his defenceI went in for a routine operation three years back and contracted an incurable disease when the surgeon left a packet of Jaffa Cakes inside me. They rotted in the end, and I was only given three weeks to live. I died not long afterwards. FUCKING NHS. Now my sad spirit sits at its ghostly keyboard tapping into B3ta.

This is a sad story. It is because of mistakes like this that surgeons have now been banned from eating jaffa cakes whilst operating.
