it varies i suppose.the chaps working int he factory at Maclaren are clearly highly trained individuals with massive skills, and are doubtlessly paid accordingly. depends on what the factory is!

you're bob on though - the path to higher earnings was the night shift+ overtime. 100% on top of basic pay night bonus, plus double time on top for overtime.
