# Ah but it wasnt until recently that molecular evidence proved
that those little plastic fish that curl up when you put them in your hand evolved independantly of the cracker. Thus one can only postulate that the two formed a symbiotic relationship around 400 million years ago. This of course contradicts, and indeed surplants, the theological notion that Noah wore the first paper hat around 6000BC.
It also flies in the face of the clear evolutionary progression from ALDI own brand crackers, through the intermediate species Asda and Tesco quality crackers, to the Marks & Spencer luxury crackers which we see today. (in fact I am now very tempted to draw up a cracker evolutionary tree)

# This would be great
to see how the cracker evolved into seperate sub-species and lesser forms of the same genus :D

# Also interesting to see how the jokes have not evolved at all.
I wonder if they are deposits, like pearls?

# I expect they are deposits which were pooed out of the bum of Jim Davidson and fossiled
