Oh, most of them probably are.Half an inch of slush on the road and the country grinds to a halt.

The problem isn't the half an inch of slushit's the third of an inch of ice that the half an inch of slush turns into. I'd rather be under a meter of proper snow than have to negotiate the ice round here. People say "it's like an ice rink" when something is slippy - but the roads round our way literally are.
